The Olmstead is a strong playset with upper clubhouse and wood roof. The 5' high deck also has a sun porch. There is a standard ladder as well as a solid rock wall. Down below there is a sand box area (sand sold separately) and picnic table on the lower deck. The spiral slide is safe but fun for a twisty descent. Two belt swings and an acrobat bar keep the gang swinging for hours. NOTE: Slide construction may vary from that shown in the image above.
