The Olmstead II is a strong playset with upper clubhouse and wood roof. The 5' high deck also has a sun porch. There is a standard ladder as well as a solid rock wall. Down below there is a sand box area (sand sold separately) and picnic table on the lower deck. The 10' speedy slide is safe and fun. Two belt swings and an acrobat bar keep the gang swinging for hours. NOTE: Slide construction may vary from that shown in the image above.
